Workplace Leaders in Financial Education Awards
The American Institute of CPAs and the Society for Human Resource Management have joined forces to launch the Workplace Leaders in Financial Education Awards. This program recognizes organizations with exemplary workplace financial literacy efforts to enhance employee financial well-being and encourages employers to implement and further develop financial literacy programs.
Winning organizations must provide financial education programs to employees that increase their ability to make sound financial decisions and improve employee financial well-being. Workplace financial-education programs help employees manage all aspects of their finances, from setting a budget and managing debt to paying for college and saving for retirement.
